Happy Pumpkin Spice Season! It’s my favourite time of year – but the Second Cup and Starbucks bills can sure add up. So, I came up with this simple seasoning to make my very own Pumpkin Spice Coffee. Enjoy!
- 5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp cloves
- Add 1/2 tsp-tsp to your ground coffee beans and make coffee as usual *I throw 1/2 tsp into my french press with my dark roast
- Serve as usual!
A touch of brown sugar or honey and a dairy of choice is really nice with this, but it’s great as is too!
I recommend storing the seasoning mix in a glass lock tupperware or mason jar to preserve freshness.
